Yes, indeed- history will be made , or the mystery will be kissed.......or the chrome will be absent. We are coming back again, not as anonymous privateers but as a squadron of the toughest casual coastal cycling enthusiasts east of Java. Some very special bits have come into the headquarters of Cycles Heroic and the polish and wrenches will come out . Two to three very special and unique bicycles will be assembled especially for the day of almost unbearable suffering on the white roads and at the copiously stocked food concessions. Upon the sight of our bikes men will swoon and women will roll their eyes in disgust-disgust at the opulence and excess attention to detail of our finest machines. So excited am I to give all and sundry a sneak preview of our new cycles but with the restraint of a true slave to the obsessive pursuit of obsolete bicycle construction I must show restraint.
